The
Series I-6 is frequently used to dispense single dose
over-the-counter medication packets and similar size items.
Each item to be dispensed from the I-6 is first placed in
its own paper sleeve and then into the machine.
Smaller to same-size items fit into the sleeve while
larger items are folded first.
Since the sleeve always fits the machine any size
medication packet may be dispensed without worries that it will
cause machine jamming or missed vends as seen in other vending
systems. Sleeves
recycle through a slot on the right hand side of the machine for
repeat usage. Please
click the “Competitors” section for more information.
It
doesn’t take any longer to fill a Series I-6 than it does to
fill machines that advertise direct placement of medication
packets into their dispensing mechanisms.
At that point Fast-Aid Centers are the logical choice
because they save owners the time and expense of maintaining an
unreliable machine:
“We
have had 3 medication dispensers within one year and have had
nothing but problems with all three.
We are so pleased with the Fast-Aid Center and are only
sorry we had to go through three prior purchases before finding
yours. Your device
dispenses with an easy-to-use mechanism that has not broken
down. Prior to
using your dispenser the machines were almost always jammed and
out-of-order.”
K.B., Medical Services Administrator, The AT-A-GLANCE
Group
“I
think the one outstanding value your machine offers is the
consistent vend. Jams or
non-vends can really bog our operations down.
We are not primarily a vending company so we are not
equipped to handle service calls.
Reliability is the major key to a
buying decision. The only
negatives I have heard regarding your unit is the great deal of
time it takes to load. This
may simply be perception. As
I recently had the opportunity to load a coil machine, I can
tell you that it is NOT fast to load either.”
